Samantha is currently in transition from the role of Chief Compliance & Regulatory Officer at Mojito, a SaaS company that builds and operates the non-fungible token (NFT) marketplaces for the world’s most iconic brands. At Mojito, Samantha established a best-in-class compliance program, facilitated safe and secure fiat and crypto payments and NFT deliveries, and accelerated participation in this nascent industry through thought leadership and engagement with government authorities.

Samantha possesses deep expertise in blockchain, payments, and anti-money laundering and sanctions compliance. She has held senior leadership roles in legal, compliance, and public policy. Prior to joining Mojito, Samantha worked in the financial services segment of a consulting firm, an international banking trade association, the Federal Reserve Board, an international money transmitter, the U.S. Treasury Department, and a top-tier global law firm. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law and Duke University.
