Community Circle: Parents & Caregivers

Join the other parents and caregivers in our community and our hosts, Rebecca Spitzer and Ashley Logan, every month for an open discussion about how our role as caregiver spans the personal and professional.

What to expect:

• A safe and compassionate space where other caregivers in the community can come together to discuss the issues we face, and provide each other with support.
• Connect on our shared experiences, as well as recognize their complexity and uniqueness.
• This session will not be recorded.

Last month I was blown away by our circle - thank you to everyone there for sharing bravely, listening generously, and holding space for each other! I'm still thinking about how so many of us are different moms than we expected to be.

This month, we're going to make the space to explore what we appreciate about ourselves and the moment that we're in.
