Kristi is Founder & CEO of Jersey Staffing Solutions, LLC, a boutique Recruiting, RPO, Employer Branding, and HR consulting services firm. After starting her first successful company in 2010, she went on to receive notable, and impressive accolades and awards, including recently winning Top 25 Leading Women Entrepreneur in NJ in 2020, being featured in the March 25th, 2013 issue of Forbes Magazine as a Women Business Leader in NJ as well as being nominated by NJBIZ as a 40 under 40 Winner in September of 2013. In May of 2014, Kristi also received the Maroon and Gold Alumni Award from her Alma Mater, Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania.

Under Kristi’s leadership, Jersey Staffing has consistently been voted as one of the top 25 staffing firms in NJ and was recognized in 2022 by NJBIZ as “Best Place to Work” in NJ.

Kristi Telschow is a true entrepreneur at heart. In 2014 Kristi went on to co-found Morris Technology Partners with Lou D’Angeli and subsequently received a joint award with her partner for Best Management Team and Innovator of the Year, 2018 by NJ Tech Council.

Additionally, in 2022, she founded her third endeavor, the Kaleidoscope Project with five other impactful women leaders.

Philanthropy and giving back plays a big part in Kristi’s everyday life. Currently, Kristi serves on the Executive Board of the Metropolitan YMCA of the Oranges and volunteers with the Delaware Valley Doberman Pinscher Rescue Association. In the past, she served as President and in various Board roles for SHRM for Morris County, sat on the Board of Directors for the New Jersey Staffing Alliance, and continues to act as an Advisor to the Dress for Success of Northern NJ - 10 counties Board.

Kristi is happily married to her business partner in crime, Lou D’Angeli. Together, they have 4 rescue dogs and love to entertain. Kristi is a professional connector and lives the motto of leaving people, places, and things better than she found them.
