What to Expect:
- We will do some quick introductions and some networking then we will get right to it! Let the relaxation begin!
- Gentle and effective practices and stretches that aid in stress management
- Explore yoga poses, gentle breathing techniques and guided meditation
- The evening will end with a light bite and some wine too!
What to Bring:
- Please wear comfortable clothes or yoga attire- there is a place to get changed.
- Mats will be available, or bring your own.
