We are thrilled to host this session on finding harmony in life. We will share one framework , Four Circles, developed by Stew Friedman, who has taught at the Wharton School since 1984.
The framework considers Work, Family, Community , and Self (mind, body, spirit).
Maria Garcia Nielsen will share her personal Four Circle pictures which she began using in 2015.
We will then open up the room for a candid conversation. Through interactive discussions and shared experiences, we hope that you will come away with insights and practical tools to navigate the complexities of modern life with grace and resilience.
Whether you're striving to strike a better balance between career and personal life, seeking deeper connections within your community, or yearning for greater self-care and introspection, this event is designed to inspire and empower you on your journey towards holistic well-being.
Want to come prepared? Create you FOUR CIRCLE picture! Do join us even if you haven't had time to do it:)
