In Person Networking & Cocktail Hour at Surf City

Join us for an evening of cocktails and conversation on the waterfront at Surf City in Jersey City! Signature cocktails and light bites are included in the ticket price. 

We are thrilled that special guest Carol Walkner (https://www.carolwalkner.com), a clairvoyant medium and energy healer, will be joining us. She will be giving free Oracle Card readings to the first 10 people to sign up. (First come, first serve.) A reading provides guidance, direction and clarity for life, business/work and relationships. Whether you’ve done it before or this is your first time, meeting Carol and the rest of the amazing Ellevate women will be a delight! We can’t wait.

What are Oracle Card readings?

Oracle cards provide relevant information in answer to a question or something on your mind. A multi-card reading can inform about your past, present and future. The one-card reading can provide guidance, direction, help and hope. Carol will be doing one-card readings at this event. Angels and dragons are highly evolved spiritual beings and they are around us for our best and highest good. Carol will have a deck for each and the woman being read can choose. These are NOT tarot card readings.

What is Surf City?

Surf City is a very large bar and restaurant. It is located directly on the water with incredible views of Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty. 

It has both indoor and outdoor seating.   Ellevate Northern NJ will have our own reserved tables. Think toes in the sand!  

There are five bars, one devoted exclusively to frozen tropical drinks. There is no cover charge at Surf City. Your ticket includes one  Ellevate signature/cocktail, mocktail or soft drink of choice, plus light hors d'oeuvres.  

The dress code and the service in the restaurant are casual. 

Surf City isn't a nightclub.

It is a place where you can connect with old friends and new ones. You can talk and be heard without yelling! They play vacation music; Margaritaville, Surf –Roots, Rock and Beach /Calypso.

Parking at Surf City

There is plenty of free parking in the parking lot opposite the building across Marin Blvd.

You can reach Surf City by public transportation.

Conveniently located one block from the Marin Blvd. light rail station and 5 blocks from the Grove St. PATH station.
