Laurie began her journey studying business and information technology at the University of Texas. Her career kicked off as a software engineer, but she soon followed her heart and transitioned into technology recruiting and software sales.

In 1995, Laurie founded The Laso Corporation, transforming it into a multi-million-dollar boutique information technology search firm. Around 2010, Laurie knew it was time for a new direction. She leaned into her passion for supporting women to achieve their career dreams and embraced her natural coaching instincts. Certified as a coach in 2015, Laurie has never looked back, becoming an expert in guiding women through job search and career advancement with ease. Her practical expertise spans up-leveling her clients' resumes and LinkedIn profiles, helping build their interviewing and negotiation skills, and creating a career strategy plan to move their career dreams forward.

But Laurie's real secret sauce is connecting the work her clients are doing with their authentic selves.
