Women’s Education Project (WEP) develops resource centers for women in India who live on less than $1 a day to succeed in higher education and careers. Today, alumnae from our Hyderabad and Madurai centers are teachers, health care workers and entrepreneurs — helping their families take the first steps out of poverty.

On July 13, WEP invites NYC young professionals to learn our Ambassador program – volunteers who use their energy and talents to raise funds and awareness and expand our New York community.

At this breakfast/information session, WEP will present our work, strategic growth plan, and the Ambassador Program’s new leadership opportunities to work with board members and advisors to lead the Development, (events, running team, social media), Nominating and Program committees.
