Join our host, Shannon Amspacher, for a space designed just for parents. In this space, we take a collective breath, share in the joys and challenges of parenthood, and renew our energy together. We uplift each other, embracing both the fleeting moments and the long journey of what it means to be a parent.

• Honest conversations about the unique challenges of parenting, with a focus on self-care and resilience.
• A welcoming environment centered on mutual support—because parenting is tough, but you don’t have to do it alone.
• This session will not be recorded, creating a space for candid and meaningful conversations.
