Closing the gender achievement gap isn't just about those of us already in the room—it's about ensuring every woman has access to the resources, support, and opportunities she needs to succeed. Join fellow professional women and allies for an inspiring evening of connection and discovery as we learn how Dress for Success Cincinnati is creating pathways to leadership and economic empowerment in our own backyard.

Through career coaching, professional attire, and community support, Dress for Success equips women to overcome barriers, achieve their goals, and thrive in business. Their work mirrors our mission: connecting women to resources, opportunities, and each other to drive lasting change.

Spring Cleaning for a Cause: Planning some early spring closet refreshing? Bring your gently used professional attire to donate! Dress for Success accepts nearly new, contemporary, ready-to-wear, seasonal career-appropriate women's professional attire in all sizes. All donations must be laundered/dry-cleaned and ready to wear with no repairs needed.

What to Expect:

• 5:30 PM - Arrival & networking with beverages and light snacks
• 6:00 PM - Welcome and community connection
• 6:15 PM - Inside Dress for Success Cincinnati
