Led by Francine Parham, Founder of Promotable™, participants will gain practical insight into the “visibility gap, assess how their voice is currently being interpreted, and learn strategies to shift from being contributors to becoming referenced voices in rooms that matter. This is a strategic, interactive experience designed for professional women navigating growth and leadership.
