We all take advantage of the numerous opportunities to network outside of our workplace but underestimate the importance of networking at work. Networking within your organization is one key to developing new skills and identifying opportunities for enrichment and advancement.

This session will examine a strategic approach to networking at work and will address personal branding, the importance of diversity in networking and how to develop mentoring relationships.

A managing partner and founder of Women@Work Network, LLC, Eliza has spent more than 10 years counseling and advising professional women seeking new opportunities and career enrichment.

Women@Work, which celebrated it’s 10th anniversary in 2012, is a supportive network for mid- to senior-management level women in the greater NYC area. The company also has a full life cycle contingency staffing and recruitment arm which places candidates at various companies throughout the tri-state area.
