Navigating Gender Dynamics with Dr. Sonya Rhodes
1 hour
Online • Closed Captioned •

Are men threatened by strong women? As a psychotherapist in New York City for 30 years, Dr. Sonya Rhodes has worked with increasing numbers of strong, accomplished women.
Drawing from research and clinical observations, Dr. Rhodes will discuss how to navigate complex gender dynamics professionally and personally. She will address these questions:
- Is likeability important for female leaders?
- How can you learn to embrace your inner Alpha (don’t tone down, and never settle)?
- Is a Beta male a better match than an Alpha?
- What kinds of compromises should you make in a relationship?
If the choice of a mate is actually the most important career decision most women will ever make, Dr Rhodes can provide the insights we all need.
In this Jam Session, Dr. Rhodes will analyze the causes and conflicts, and guide women toward finding loving partners who will support their goals.
