The Recover, Restore Reenergize Health and Wellness Retreat is an experiential weekend in an intimate setting for breast cancer survivors who are at least 3 months post treatment. The retreat is designed to help you discover and adopt an integrative approach to health and wellness and thriving after breast cancer.

It focuses on all of the elements that creates an integrative approach to help you optimize your health and wellness – nutrition, exercise, life management, mindful living and the mind/body/spirit connection. The retreat environment will help you to acquire the knowledge, tools and resources that enable you to become your own health and wellness advocate. It will also help you understand how to make decisions and choices to take charge of your recovery and effectively manage your health and wellness. You will leave the retreat with a customized holistic health and wellness lifestyle management plan.

This is an all-inclusive event. The registration fee covers a private room, all meals and educational sessions, and access to all scheduled resort activities. Individual spa services and treatments are not included.
