Hilary Pearl: Hilary, Founder and Partner in Pearl Associates, has more than 20 years of experience enhancing the performance of individual executives, teams and organizations. Hilary also spent 10 years at PepsiCo, Inc., where she served as Director of Human Resource Development. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Masters in Communication from Boston University.
Jennie Baik: Jennie is Director of Strategy/Business Development at Omnicom Media Group where she is instrumental creating a business model to capitalize on the company’s digital, data and analytics offerings. In her role, she also leads an incubation team that evaluates and advises innovative media startups. Prior to joining Omnicom, Jennie was co-founder of a designer label, Matthew Earnest. Matthew Earnest launched its first collection during New York’s Fashion Week for Fall 2003. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Christina DelliSanti-Miller: Christina is a Founder of Athena Collaborative Group, a social enterprise committed to empowering young women in finance and other quantitative careers. Christina brings 20+ years of corporate experience developing individuals and groups. As former Head of Diversity, Americas for Barclays Capital, she is clear about the needs and challenges that organizations have in creating diverse and inclusive workplaces. She holds a Masters degree in Organization Psychology from Columbia University. In addition, she serves on the Board of Directors for the Girl Scouts HNJ Council
