Unlock Your Brain's Creative Potential

Brain Lab gets participants out of their seats and into each others head as they learn about the strengths and weaknesses of their thinking styles, how to create and manage high performing collaborative teams and how to identify pit falls that stifle group creativity and problem solving. This game is created on proven research designed to enhance business creativity and innovation and is consistent with the IDEA Engineering process for group problem solving.

Participants trade cards in order to build profiles of their individual thinking styles. These profiles are turned into a team "brain profile" and are discussed in the context of team dynamics, how thinking styles work together and how to leverage the team diversity into problem solving success.
