The Bullish Conference

The Bullish Conference is a weekend filled with practical workshops on negotiating, career and lifestyle design, and more. Plus beach time, wine time, yoga, and stress-free networking with like-minded women.

Bullish began in 2010 as a career column written by Jennifer Dziura. It soon give rise to a movement. A movement of young women who don't just want to blindly give themselves to corporations. Who instead want to change the culture at those corporations, or start their own companies, or design their own careers.

Over a thousand young women have since attended Bullish's online events or completed its "design your 2014" exercise. And last year, the first-ever live Bullish Conference took place in Miami, at the Surfcomber, a women- and LGBT-friendly hotel right on South Beach.

This year's second-annual Bullish Conference offers an expanded syllabus of powerful, inspiring workshops, including interactive training you can't get online. Plus, who couldn't use a beach break -- and a recharge -- in November?
