Oh Mama! Food Startups and the Young Child by Maria Graziani
Starting Healcrest Urban Farm's first branded line of products while raising 2 year old (now 5) was no task for the faint at heart! Let me tell you about some of the antics of taking a young child with you in the commercial kitchen, the farmer's markets and sometimes to trade shows and meetings! The news loves to talk about balancing work and home life but they sure haven't shared the details!

So, you want to own a brewery? by Sandra Cindrich
This is the question we always jokingly ask, when things aren't going as planned. But then things rarely ever go as planned. I will share with you my experiences in the brewing business, how I ended up here and what I have learned. Every day is a new experience with unique challenges. But at the end of the day, and always in the plan, I will relax and enjoy one of our beers, which reminds me that what I do really is worth it!

Life Choices: The Good, The Bad, The Ugly by R Yvonne Campos
The choices we make create the life we lead. We are the sum of all our choices. This is true for me and for you. I will share with you the good, the bad, and the ugly choices that have brought me great success, great pain and great lessons. Each day presents new opportunities for choices – I still make some good, some bad and some ugly! Hopefully fewer of the latter!
