Hilary's Bio: As Founder and Partner in Pearl Associates, an executive coaching and organizational consulting firm, Hilary has more than 20 years of experience enhancing the performance of individual executives, teams and organizations. Hilary also spent 10 years at PepsiCo, Inc., where she served as Director of Human Resource Development. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Masters in Communication from Boston University and is the Co-President of our Ellevate Connecticut/Westchester Chapter.
