The new year is a great time to start a new project, like finding a new job or switch careers. But, such big changes can be so daunting that despite good intentions, it's easy to lose momentum. After working with many smart, talented clients who were painfully stuck, career and life coach Stacy Kim, Ph.D. of Life Junctions uncovered The Lighthouse Method, a set of counterintuitive strategies that help can help you start and keep working towards major life improvements. In this interactive workshop, she will share why bright people can be more prone to getting stuck, provide concrete steps on how to start, and prepare you for possible pitfalls...all in a fun and energizing way.
