Run in partnership with the Guardian Women in Leadership, the Stand Up to Stand Out one-day Accidental Conference has been specially curated for women who want to develop their business mojo from the ground up – no shoulder pads allowed! All you need is handfuls of passion and a GSOH!

Our aim is to help you to be better in business by focusing on the most important thing: YOU. This unique event is made up of a series of workshops that will help you to improve your confidence, use your voice properly, improvise when the going gets tough, stand up for yourself and even dress for the part. Our plan is that you leave this conference with a new set of personal skills that will really make you stand out.
