What I Learned About Work-Life Balance From Writing a Book About It

Work-life balance has been covered ad nauseam from all angles, and the media continue to perpetuate the myth that women can and should be able to do "it all," all of the time. Writer and author Susie Orman Schnall has set out to blow the top off that insane and damaging paradigm.

Through her popular interview series The Balance Project and her newly released second novel THE BALANCE PROJECT, Susie explores the concept of work-life balance and exposes the reality that every woman makes sacrifices and no one does “it all" perfectly all of the time
