Last year's competitors gave the judges a run for their money with outstanding entries that blew us away! We hope you'll join us this year and compete for the top prize as well as the People's Choice Award.
Chocolate must be the main ingredient for your entry. Entries are judged equally on three criteria: taste, creativity, and presentation. Scoring is on a 1-10 scale, with 10 being the highest scoring. Presentation scoring is based on plating as well as the competitor's efforts to stay true to purpose of showcasing chocolate in their dish.
Each competitor should arrive with bite sized servings for 50 people, along with 5 individual plated entries for the judges. Entries must arrive to the site by 5PM EST.
Once Registered here, a committee member will follow up with details on the competition and to retrieve information on your entry.
