Trust Women is the Thomson Reuters Foundation’s annual flagship conference bringing together global corporations, lawyers, government representatives and pioneers in the field of women’s rights and anti-slavery. On the agenda this year: the importance of girls’ education and how to keep them in school, how to foster women leaders, the global threat of the Islamic State for women, powerful stories from human trafficking survivors and how to clean supply chains of slave labour. This year, speakers include Cherie Blair, Lawyer and Founder of the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women; Jane Moran, Chief Information Officer at Unilever; Kevin Hyland, UK Anti-Slavery Commissioner; John Studzinski, Vice Chairman of Blackstone, and other leading personalities.
