Ellevate is thrilled to host Twitter Chats featuring our outstanding Executive Council level members from chapters all over the world.
Please join us on December 9th for our special #EllevateYourself Twitter Chat with manufacturing P&L operations and leadership expert, entrepreneur and diversity and inclusion advocate Julie Fasone Holder (@jfasoneholder).
Julie Fasone Holder is a retired Senior Vice President of The Dow Chemical Co. She is currently leveraging 35 years of global operational management, commercial leadership and C-suite experience and a commitment to diversity and inclusion as an independent board member and founder/entrepreneur of JFH Insights, a management advising company.
Julie consults with corporations and organizations on diversity and inclusion strategies and coaches senior women executives. She has developed and delivers executive education programs for the Michigan State University Eli Broad College of Management.
Julie led multi billion dollar business portfolios of specialty chemicals and specialty plastics while at Dow during significant periods of change and transformation. She has extensive operating, marketing, and M&A experience and success in bringing together disparate companies and cultures and in leading high-performing teams that deliver revenue growth, cost synergies and margin expansion.
As a trailblazing executive, Julie is an invited member to Women Corporate Directors, The Committee of 200 and the Fortune Most Powerful Women Summit. She currently serves on the board of directors for Eastman Chemical. In addition she is the past president of the Eli Broad College of Management Alumni Advisory Board (Michigan State University), co-chair of membership on The Committee of 200 (C200) and is on the Women’s Resource Center of Northern Michigan’s board. She serves as a board coach for Inforum Center of Leadership in Detroit, MI and as a Global Ambassador for Vital Voices.
We’ll be discussing with Julie what her path to the C-suite looked like, what advice she would give her younger self, and what life after retirement (reinvention) is like.
Please tweet your questions in advance with #EllevateYourself and we’ll discuss. See you on Twitter!
