Margaret honed her expertise in launching new products / services and figured out how to design operations that could scale fast. The marketing maven, Maggie, deciphered how to take a large division through significant positioning and branding changes in response to shifting customer demand and the company’s sale to private equity. Champion of customer experience, Judi discovered how to build impactful sales teams for the largest and smallest business customers.
Was there anything magical about the lessons they learned and the experiences they gained as C-level executives at U S WEST? Maybe… maybe not. But that’s not the end of their stories. One became a social entrepreneur and founded a tea business that provides fair wages and education for tea farmers in Nepal.
