Workshop: Design The Work You Love

The single most valuable asset of many companies are their people and the work they do. And yet the top three concerns of CEO's and executives remain employee motivation and engagement, doing meaningful work, and getting ideas to market. This led Birsel+Seck, an award-winning design and innovation studio, to think—What if design process and tools were used to help people and organizations think about their work differently?

Design the Work You Love is structured as a series of interactive exercises that apply design thinking to "designing work". Since its inception they have worked with executives and their teams—hundreds of people across corporations, schools and non-profit organizations around the world—to lead them to think differently about their work by giving them tools to design the work they love. In this interactive session, you will discover your priorities, identify your core values, and visualize the work life you want to have.
