These are common occurrences in a busy professional’s life. Food choices can affect your energy and productivity—either negatively or positively.
In this presentation, Lisa Woodie, owner and chef at Homemade Fresh Chef Service, will discuss the importance of nutrition and making good food choices to become healthier and more productive in our personal and business lives. She will share tips that we can use daily and small changes that can make a big difference. Lisa will teach us how better nutrition can make us more energetic, focused and efficient.

Tips to ensure that we eat healthy even when on the run
Learn shortcuts for planning so we can avoid the drive-thru window and snack machine. We’ll learn the pitfalls of diet soda and caffeine boosts and alternatives that can boost and sustain our energy.
Tips and Recipes for Quick Weeknight Meals
Learn how a little advance preparation can streamline our weeknight meals. We’ll take home healthy, easy recipes that will keep our energy tank full of good fuel.
