Ever feel as though your lifestyle may sometimes be demanding and depleting, compromising your ability to lead well? Learn how to make high impact lifestyle changes so that you can gain the energy, strength and presence to feel and be your best as a leader!

Led by expert Jamie Shapiro, we will help you reverse the course to burnout and instead learn how to burn brightly through an awareness of how both your health and mindset impact leadership performance. Jamie is the founder and CEO of Connected EC, an executive coach, master nutritionist, and former IT executive, who has been coaching and developing high performing teams since 1998.

Her interest in the intersection of wellness and leadership grew out of her own experiences as an executive at large-scale IT companies, where she identified the need for a new, healthier breed of leaders who don't have to sacrifice wellness or their sanity to deliver top results.

We hope you will join us for this impactful evening, as we learn how to cultivate balance and wellness while achieving our fullest potential!

Hi Denver Elevate - I just realized I have tickets to see "Beautiful" at the DCPA on this very same night. Who can I contact about canceling my RSVP?
