Webinar: When I Doubt Myself (and Other Women)

In The United State of Women Summit, First Lady Michelle Obama said that while there are changes in policies that need to happen, women also need to become more self-confident. It was so fascinating to hear the statistics about promotions and learn the ways that women hold themselves back.

This fascination has become one of my commitments coming out of the Summit. I am beginning an action research project on Women’s Self-Confidence: how it is formed, how it is informed, how it’s eroded, and how our own confidence propels or impedes reaching our goals.

I’m beginning the research this summer, part of which is a series of 6 Free Webinars called “When I Doubt Myself {and Other Women}” where we are opening on this conversation. The topics for the webinars are:

• Internalized Sexism

• The Anatomy of Self-Confidence

• Unconscious Bias Women Hold About Being Women

• The Downside of People Pleasing

• The Art of Letting Go

• Mastering Your Moods

I would like to invite you and any other individuals that you think may benefit from participating in this conversation. All the webinars are recorded. If you’re unable to attend a particular day/time, by registering, you can listen to the recordings at a time that works best for you. Plus, everything is organized in our Online Portal so it’s easy to not only access but also easy to be in conversation with other women.
