Dr. Jacqueline Johnson will share the intricate twists and turns that women have encountered throughout history on their ongoing journey to achieving equality in the workplace. Now, more than ever, women are being called to stand up for the legendary work of the suffrage and women’s liberation movements and speak for the rights of women and children. Don’t miss an opportunity to be inspired and empowered to make a difference in your life and in your community.
Dr. Johnson will share research and personal experiences of her own journey as well as those of women who have participated in her research. Her years of experience provide a panoramic view of the challenges and obstacles women face as they confront societal gender expectations with conviction and adversity.
Also, we will raffle off a 2 session assessment debrief package by Dr. Johnson, valued at $1500. Choice of two types of self assessments to choose from where results will be interpreted and created into an action plan to address weaknesses and to enhance strengths. Coaching sessions will be customized depending on current challenges. Sessions are conducted virtually and are 50-60 minutes each.
