This fitness program is for professional women interested in getting back in shape, losing fat, building lean muscle, improving health, and increasing energy level. The added benefit is improved performance on the job as fueling our body in this way increases our ability to handle stress, increases our confidence and resiliency.
It starts with an in-person workshop in Lower Manhattan to demonstrate the program, the workouts, the nutrition, and the philosophy, while building a team community.
You leave with a booklet taking you through every day of the 4 week program.
There is a private online community to gain support, which is a vital part of the program! This is what makes us stick with it when challenges come up! You can ask questions on the group 24/7, and will have weekly mini-challenges to keep the momentum and increase the learning of the tools.
Program Benefits and Details:
This program takes the guesswork out of what to do, how to workout, and what to eat. This reduces anxiety and time wasted weighing all the options out there. You will be given a program to follow which is clear and actionable. It also leaves room for flexibility if needed due to that week’s schedule and challenges.
The exercises are planned to make the most efficient and effective use of your time in the gym (or your home gym).
If you follow the program 5 days a week for 4 weeks you will have built a fantastic base, good habits, and see an increase in your energy level, strength, metabolism, confidence and ability to handle stress. Your clothes will be lose, and you will start shedding fat. This Jumpstart program will give you intense focus for the first 4 weeks, and the option to continue on with us for an additional 8 weeks. Hey, it does take a little time to make big changes! But a lot less than you think.
What you Get:
The 4 week program will include short effective workouts 5 days a week (just 25 to 30 minutes).
Some of those workouts will be with weights - this is a vital part of weight loss and improved health that many women are missing. Don’t worry, you will learn how to lift weights appropriately in the workshop and video reminders. The focus is on building lean muscle and our metabolism, not bulk.
A plan for preparing food. You can use the recipes that will be given as examples or combine foods as per the guidance given. You will NOT count calories. You will NOT depend on the scale.
Once a week, you will have a free day to eat whatever you like!
