May Leadership Luncheon: Who Needs a Coach?

We are opening this luncheon up to achiever level or non-members who might be considering joining at the executive council or entrepreneur level. 

Who needs a Coach?

Everyone who wants to be successful as a leader and in life. Why? Because a good Coach will challenge you to break out of limiting beliefs, help you identify your blind spots; and support you in crafting a vision of success for yourself. And, success isn’t the same for everyone. It could be creating a lifestyle that blends family and work; realizing a dream to lead your own business or making a shift to a nonprofit leadership role. The possibilities are endless.

You are the driver of your dreams, and a Coach can be your co-pilot. She can help you develop a strategy for yourself; proactively set goals (and gently hold you accountable); expand your vision of what’s possible; and co-create an action plan to get there.
