Between work, travel, family obligations, there’s little time for working out or cooking healthy. You want to look better, feel better, and have more energy. You know you can do better, however don’t have the time or motivation. With so many fads and conflicting information out there, it can be frustrating. Join other professional women in the NYC area for a 6 week fitness program to lose fat, tone your body and increase your energy, all while increasing your productivity and ultimately your success at work and in life.

For the cost of one spin class for week, get DAILY feedback and coaching on your nutrition and exercise plan, demonstration videos, a private community forum for 6 weeks as well as an in-person workshop.

What the program entails:

  • In-person Group Workshop: Kickoff the program with an in-person workshop where you will meet other participants, and learn the components for success in 6 weeks. Nutrition overview and exercise demos are done. You leave with a workbook and plan to take you through the next 6 weeks. Light lunch included.
  • Workbook: Clear and comprehensive workbook for you to plan, track and follow nutrition and exercise for the next 6 weeks
  • Video: Video demonstrations of the workouts are posted in the online community to give reminders on form and purpose.
  • Online Community Support Group: Its difficult to keep the motivation on your own. A community effort is the key to success. We will have a private online community to go through the program together, providing tips, inspiration and motivation.
  • Individual and Group Accountability Calls: You will have two one-on-one calls with me throughout the 6 weeks to go over any questions and challenges you face and biweekly group calls.
  • Free initial assessment: Initial baseline measurements taken.
  • Weekly mini-challenges: To help you master the key aspects of the program while keeping you motivated throughout the 6 weeks.
  • Email Support: Unlimited access via email or online group with questions throughout the 6 week program.
  • Gift Bag: Receive a gift bag with tools and nutrition so you leave with what you need to be set up for success on Day 1

What to expect:

In the workshop we demonstrate the exercise and nutrition, take baseline measurements and set goals. You will leave with a plan for the next 6 weeks and some nutritional products to start you off right on Day 1. Over the next 6 weeks, the workouts are done on your own time at your gym or home gym. We all check in with the group daily via a private online group, sharing tips and motivation. We will have two one-on-one calls over the next 6 weeks to see what is working and discuss any challenges. There will be video sessions to further demonstrate the key components and you can email with questions at any time. We are also adding biweekly group calls to reconnect with the group live!
