This workshop for women is dedicated to giving up the idea that we can stalk, hunt, capture, and tame the mythical beast of Work/Life Balance. Learn a more effective way of approaching the issue!

I'm looking at my calendar, my To Do list, and that familiar feeling is rising up from my chest, grabbing me by the throat. IT'S GOT MY FULL ATTENTION. It's fear.
"I've got to get a better handle on all this," I tell myself, feeling completely overwhelmed. "How am I going to get it all done?"
Can you see yourself in that scenario?
Confession time: I usually end up sacrificing the self-care routines, yoga, meditation, journaling, etc. when I get in a time crunch. Yep, all that stuff I tell my clients they need to make time for. So, not only am I feeling overwhelmed, but there's also the judgment of myself as not "walking my talk.” When I do that, I'm settling for coping instead of thriving.
It’s all about choice. That means it’s an inside job – making self-honoring choices and then having the courage to stand in those choices, no matter what the outside world demands.
I will be hosting a half-day workshop for women that is dedicated to giving up the idea that we can stalk, hunt, capture, and tame the mythical beast of Work/Life Balance. Together, we’ll explore, discover, take a deep dive into YOU and see what’s underneath the surface of this need to be in a frenzy of doing.
You’ll also learn how to:
- Embrace the power of slowing down, when you think you need to speed up
- Stop buying into the idea that you have to do everything yourself
- Get comfortable saying “No” to what you don’t want so you can say “Yes” to what you do want
I hear many of the women I work with share about their deepest desires, their fears, the ways they shine, and the ways they have learned to hide. I've also heard women talk about their frustration about creating a life that has everything in balance: work, home responsibilities, children, care for aging parents, etc.
I've been thinking about this and what's possible for you.
Space is limited to 40 participants. To hold your space for this special day, send me an email at email@example.com to RSVP.
Let’s get this unrealistic expectation about Work/Life Balance handled so you are free to engage in your life with clarity and authentic leadership.
