Farm to Fork to Film: Celebrating Women in Food
Slow Food San Francisco and Aliana Productions have teamed up to produce a sneak-preview screening dinner and discussion, with Dominique Crenn as a headlining panelist.
The feature-length documentary, A Fine Line, celebrates world renowned women chefs, and prominently features San Francisco throughout the film. It explores why only 6% of head chefs/restaurant owners are women, while providing a personal look at a single mother, small town restaurateur who beat the odds stacked against her.
Here’s a preview of the documentary to give you a bit more context. - https://vimeo.com/175467492
