Do women face different retirement risks than men? Yes! Women, on average, spend less time in the workforce than men, have lower lifetime earnings and live longer. We’ll discuss the stats. For example, 60% of women alive at 62 can expect to live to age 90. Topics covered include social security for women, facing retirement alone, ways to cover long term care expenses, marriage and divorce near retirement, and ways to guarantee your retirement income. Attendees will learn about the tax ramifications of different decisions.
As presenter Dana Anspach says, "The retirement income planning process is not static; it is alive with choices and variables. To make the best decisions you need a way to understand the interactions of the choices you make and the corresponding impact on your future."
Beverages provided.
Note to non-members: Early bird pricing of $15 per ticket until September 1. After September 1, non-member tickets will cost $20.
