Basking in the chill days of summer has been just glorious. Take a deep breathe and, before you know it, the fall will be here ushering in a frenzy of deadlines, holidays, back to school, and the scurry to achieve more and more before year’s end. What better way to adapt to the change of seasons by getting together for a session on meditation and how it can support you in not only managing your life but also enriching it. Come to experience what meditation has to offer and how to begin and sustain a meaningful practice. There will also be time for networking and to enjoy some delectable treats, including juices specially prepared by H2 Juicery.
Meg Soucy an experienced yoga instructor and facilitator of guided meditations will lead the session which combines learning about meditation as well as practice.
We’ll gather at 6:00 pm, begin the formal program at 6:15 pm and follow it with networking and nibbles. Wear comfortable clothing and, if you have a yoga mat, bring that along.
Participation is limited to 30 participants so register early. Please know we are unable to offer refunds after August 17th given the costs associated with bringing this type of programming to our members and community.
Event takes place at Ride & Reflect a boutique fitness studio dedicated to indoor cycling, meditation and yoga.
