It’s Time to ShowUp! & Level Up
You’ve got the talent and the drive – but do you have what it really takes to get to the next level? Research underscores that getting to the next level has less to do with technical, hard-skills (yawn!) – and more to do with softer attributes like your ability to own a room, secure mentors (more importantly sponsors), build and promote a personal brand that stands out in the crowd, foster relationships, and to look, act, sound and embrace the part of a leader (i.e. executive presence) – in other words, “showing up!”
Join Annette Y. Harris, president and founder of ShowUp!, for a lively session where she will introduce you to her ShowUp! Success-Driven Framework™. You’ll walk away with tangible tips and non-traditional tactics that will position you for the next level!

ABOUT ANNETTE HARRIS
Helping leaders and high potential professionals cultivate their image and achieve executive presence through customized personal brand and image management assessments, planning and execution is my life’s passion. Perfected over the last decade, my approach to showing up is not only about projecting but being the person you want to be, whether it’s in the boardroom or in the backyard, at the gala or the get-together. I know what it means to “show up” and I know what it means to be a leader and climb the corporate ladder.
What started nearly 20 years ago as a drive to climb the corporate ladder; managing global marketing programs and leading teams for multimillion dollar proposals for major corporations like Deloitte & Touché, MCI, and Verizon, as well as several federal government contractors – transformed into a passion to help high potential professionals get noticed and get ahead. In 2007 Annette launched Harris ImageWorks, LLC. Annette re-branded the company under the new name of ShowUp, LLC in 2013. ShowUp! provides a one-stop shop for all aspects of personal brand development from identifying and defining talents, strengths and unique attributes; and then activating a personal brand visibility campaign – to elevating executive presence in terms of professional dress, communication, and business etiquette skills.
Annette earned her undergraduate degree from James Madison University, her MBA from George Mason University, and was later certified by the leading accreditation organizations in her field, the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI) and the Protocol School of Washington (PSOW). Annette also studied under famed stylist Stacy London (of TLC’s hit television show What Not to Wear) and was hand-selected to join her acclaimed Style for Hire network. Annette is certified as a 360Reach Personal Brand and Social Brand Analyst by Personal Branding Guru, William Arruda. Annette has been a featured expert guest several times on WJLA News Channel 8 Let’s Talk Live and Good Morning Washington and contributor to a number of online and print publications to include, ESSENCE, Glamour, NBCNews, MSNBC, CareerBuilder, Yahoo News, Business Management Daily, Prevention, Stylecaster, and SheKnows.
