CO-ED EVENT ALL ARE WELCOME!!
Please join us for this impactful evening of networking and knowledge.
We all know someone impacted by mental illness. According to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), 1 in 4 adult Americans have some form of diagnosable mental illness in any given year; and the number among children is 1 in 5. Yet the shame around mental illness stops our friends, family and maybe even you from seeking help. Internationally recognized mental health consultant, educator and speaker, Hakeem Rahim, will lead us in a conversation around mental health, the impact of stigma on our lives and ways to move beyond the shame and silence to healing, health and wellness. Come join the conversation, learn the facts, get the resources and share in the message that “without mental health, there is no health,” or true success in your career and beyond
