As the holiday season kicks off, the party invitations start to roll in, work obligations can ramp up for the end of the year, and oh yeah, there's your family. No matter how positive your relationships are with your friends, coworkers, family, and anyone else in your life, it can be hard to take time for yourself when the demands pile up. The holiday season can induce anxiety and drive us to indulge our worst impulses. At this workshop, you will identify where you are successfully taking care of yourself, where you have gaps, and how you can create a more balanced life during times of stress. We will have wine and snacks, so come unwind and relax, meet some new friends, and beat away those Sunday Scaries.
