Pittsburgh, PA Mon, Dec 11 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM EST

Join us for a video conference with Heather Cabot, co-author of Geek Girl Rising, examining how women are breaking into tech careers and crushing stereotypes to become part of the digital revolution.

Registration will close on Monday, December 11 at 12:00 PM EST.

--

Come hear Heather Cabot as she shares how fearless female founders, technologists and innovators are fighting at a grassroots level for an ownership stake in the revolution that's changing the way we live, work and connect.

The event is a video conference in conjunction with BNY Mellon’s Women's Initiatives Network (WIN) and Women in Technology (WIT), and Ellevate’s New Jersey chapter.

A copy of Geek Girl Rising: Inside the Sisterhood Shaking Up Tech will be given to each participant.

Heather will be joined by other senior leaders (including Natasha Green, Community Leader at the Anita Borg Institute and Yau Cheng, Director, BNY Mellon's Head of Americas – Diversity & Inclusion, Global Citizenship and Sustainability) as they explore relevant themes and how you can join the revolution.

You'll come away energized and ready to rock -- and able to leverage the strength of the other powerful women you'll meet that night.

Registration and networking starts at 5:30 p.m. and the program begins at 5:45 p.m. Light refreshments will be served, and there will be an opportunity to network more afterward.

Ellevate members network with intention. We help you make the most of your time - and ensure real relationships are formed - by connecting you with Ellevate members after each networking event.
