Women of color are massively under-represented (and underpaid) in leadership, the executive suites, and on boards - not to mention their experiences are mostly overlooked in modern literature on women and leadership.
This has to change.
And until it does we need to talk about it, honestly and bravely. We need to hear real-life experiences first-hand, spanning age, industry, race, job role, ethnicity, geography and socio-economic standing. We need to take action to change things now, and tomorrow. And we must stand alongside women who are unfairly treated - stepping forward together into a just future.
On February 22nd our panel will explore, discuss, and break down some of the issues facing women of color in business with the goal to equip each of us with the information, insight and empathy to be allies in our collective fight for equality, recognition, and advancement.
Cant make it in-person? We've got your back. Simply watch the LIVESTREAM here at 6:30 pm EST.
