Experienced women who lead know that they face unique challenges and opportunities. This interactive session, led by Karen Mildenhall, will explore ways we look at the world as leaders, navigate in changing times and how to leverage our best selves to lead more effectively in today’s world.
Prior to launching KM Leadership Solutions, Karen served in a variety of executive leadership positions in world-recognized Fortune 500 companies and not-for-profit organizations. Tagged as a high-potential leader, she took on her first corporate leadership role in her 20s. She proved what change leaders could do with apparently hopeless situations as she delivered sustained turnaround results. Most recently, she served as Executive Vice President/Resident Managing Director at Aon. Her domestic and international experience with industry-leading clients in many industries gives her a unique perspective on leadership, strategy, team dynamics, and how to create extraordinary results.
