  • Natasha Pratap has created a signature session on what she terms The New M.E.D.S.: Meditation, Exercise, Diet and Sleep℠, the cornerstones of wellness after years of practical experience as a student and teacher. In 1999, Natasha stumbled upon the Art of Living Foundation’s programs and began a deeper exploration as a student and then a trainer. She has been a senior faculty with the Foundation for over 12 years teaching open and organisational programs. Her natural passion for wellness, led her to get qualified as a Level 2 Yoga Teacher, certified by the Quality Council of India, under the aegis of the Government of India. Natasha has been featured in Femina and interviewed on Radio 107.1 and Channel News Asia for her expertise in yoga.

    Natasha is also the Founder and Creative Director of Words for Any Occasion through which she conducts business and creative writing workshops for companies and also does writing projects for them. Natasha has a BA in English from Stanford University and an MA in Creative Writing from Boston University in the US. She also holds a law degree from the University of Cambridge, England
