New Leaders Program: Professional Development for Women

Smith College Executive Education is launching a new program in Boston for early career women, working in the public or private sectors across industries. Women who attend the New Leaders Program and aspire to achieve career advancement goals, will explore the ways in which they can positively influence their career trajectory through self-management, skillful negotiation, speaking the language of finance, and building a foundation for lifelong confidence and success.

With this program Smith Exec Ed brings together top speakers, who are expert in their field for you to learn from, as well as with a group of talented women ready to network and share learnings together.

The program addresses leadership at the professional, organizational and personal level. It enables organizations to grow their pipeline of talented and passionate women leaders for the future.

What women say:  "“This program exceeded my expectations. I was impressed with how much leadership I have in me, and how by using my strengths I can achieve more than I thought possible. I left Smith feeling inspired, empowered, energized, challenged, excited, accepted, exhilarated, part of a network, and engaged. This training helps you to use your strengths to become stronger and be a great leader!”  Strategic Planning, Pharmaceuticals

If you are interested to have your company sponsor you to the program please be in touch. We are offering a reduce rate to Ellevate members.
