Nathalie de Vos Burchart started investing in single family rentals in 2009, later shifting to apartments in 2015. She currently owns 22 single-family rentals and more than 2,200 apartment units across 4 states. She believes in real estate as an important and necessary part of one's financial plan; it has now become her full-time career, enabling her to spend more time at home with family. Prior to her real estate investment career, Nathalie worked at ExxonMobil and also co-founded a successful physical commodity trading company, BioUrja Trading LLC, ranked among the top 5 privately held companies in Houston according to the Houston Chronicle’s “Chron 100”. Nathalie has a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, and an MBA from UT McCombs.
