Now in its third decade, the Prep Community includes over 3,000 students and alumni. Thanks to the generous support of our donors, Prep for Prep is able to foster an outstanding corps of young leaders prepared to make a positive difference in society. Our strategy is to identify talented students of color, prepare them for placement in independent schools, and provide a sense of community, peer support, critical post-placement services, and a range of leadership and professional development opportunities.
