Did you ever wish you had just the right moves to defend yourself in any dangerous situation? Here's the perfect chance to get real-life training and feel your power rise. You'll learn avoidance tactics and then get moving with specific techniques to hold your own against any aggressor.

The class, which is open to the public, is taught by Rob Radford…. With over 30 years of boxing experience, Rob is a certified USA-ABF coach, cornerman, and referee. Rob's experience isn't just outside the ring, nice guy though he really is, he’s a 3-time Cincinnati "Meanest Man" Champ as well!

The cost is $20 paid at the door. No registration required.

The training will run from 12:30-2:30 on Saturday May 12th.

After the class, please join us at Cookoo’s Coffee Shoppe at 4901 Whetsel Ave (just a five-minute walk down the road), where local activists Beth Bullock and Debra Englert will be speaking about the Human Trafficking issues impacting our communities.
