We all fall – the important thing is learning how to get back up again.
This two-day workshop, based on the work of Dr. Brené Brown, is all about learning to recover from setbacks, challenges, failures, and disappointments.
This is an intimate, experiential workshop (no more than 6 participants) that will challenge and support you to live your most wholehearted life.
Who is this workshop for?
This is a workshop for professional women who want to build resilience to the struggles in their personal lives as well as their careers. Whether you’re trying to make sense of a breakup, dealing with a career setback, struggling to recover from a painful failure, going through a quarter-life crisis, or rumbling with disappointment in your family relationships, the Rising Strong™ process can help.
No previous experience with Dr. Brown’s work is required to attend – newbies are enthusiastically welcomed!
It should go without saying, but trans women and women of all backgrounds, cultures, sexual orientations, ages, religions and races are welcome here.
